Поэтому с весны начали чеканить новые монеты, получившие в среде нумизматов название «монеты гкчп». Впрочем, 15-копеечные монеты не были выпущены, да и этот, последний, выпуск практически не имел хождения.Несмотря на то, что первая часть реформы – обмен купюр крупного достоинства, к копейкам отношения не имел, эта конфискационная реформа вызвала резкий рост инфляции. В 1991 году её уровень превысил 2 тысячи процентов! А апрельский «отпуск» цен и вовсе «разорил» копейку.Новые монеты, образца 1991 года, имели только 2 копеечные монеты в ряду: 10 и 50. Да и те чеканились недолго и из обращения выходили практически новыми. Вот разве что на сувениры разобрали.
