Описание:

Это скороспелый сорт. Плоды имеют цилиндрическую форму, розовато-красные, кончики белого цвета. Масса одного экземпляра 17-20 г. Серединка белая, довольно сочная, слабо острая. Часто используется для повышения иммунитета, а также в кулинарных целях. Съедобными считаются как корнеплоды, так и листья. Чаще всего применяется в свежем виде. Выращивание проходит в открытых защищенных почвах. Предшественниками этого сорта могут быть любые овощные культуры, за исключением представителей крестоцветных. Посев можно осуществить несколько раз: в конце апреля (почва накрывается пленкой до самого появления проростков), а дальше, если нужно с интервалами 2–2,5 недели. С целью зимнего хранения позднеспелые сорта сеют в начале августа. Между рядами следует оставлять пространство 10–12 см, между семенами 2–3 см, помещая их в землю на 1–1,5 см. Для того чтобы получить ранний урожай, посев проводят в первых числах марта, для позднего – в начале сентября.
