Новый сорт с интенсивно окрашенной мякотью и высокими вкусовыми качествами корнеплодов. Раннеспелый, формирует урожай за 85-95 дней от всходов. Корнеплод округлый, гладкий, массой 200-350 гр Мякоть темно-красная, с высоким содержанием сухого вещества (до 20%), сладкая и сочная. Употреблять в пищу корнеплоды рекомендуем уже с наступлением пучковой спелости, в возрасте от 50 дней. Нежные молодые листья тоже используются для приготовления летних супов. Основной осенний урожай хорошо хранится. Урожайность 4-5 кг/м 2 .Для ускорения прорастания семена замачивают в воде в течение суток. Свекла предпочитает плодородные, дренированные, некислые почвы. Через 5-10 дней после всходов проводят прорывку сеянцев с шагом 3-4 см между растениями. Второй раз свеклу прореживают в фазе 5-6 настоящих листьев. Урожай убирают до наступления заморозков.
